After the new DJ system dropped offline and we reverted to the old system we waited & waited. After like 10 days or so they got back to me citing some kind of billing problem, which we resolved.
The guy said he turned things back on. I wasn’t able to confirm. It was all still has broken as ever, entirely non-responsive. I let the guy know it was still no good.
That was… I don’t know, Wednesday? 5 more whole days gone without a reply.
So while the music is still playing, until I get all this junk resolved the request system won’t be available. Hopefully it’ll al be back to normal soon. 😐
